Refund Policy

We strive to provide highly accurate and beautiful AI renders at FloorVis (administrated by ANIMA X TECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L.). However, due to the nature of AI generation and the immediate consumption of intensive computational resources, our refund policies are outlined below.

1. Digital Goods and GPU Compute

Every time you generate a 3D floor plan, our servers execute costly AI/GPU operations via third-party providers. As a result, we generally do not offer refunds for successfully completed generations, as the computing resources have already been consumed.

2. Failed Generations

If the system experiences a technical error and fails to completely generate your 3D render, any credits reserved for that attempt will be automatically refunded to your account. If the credit was not returned automatically, please contact our support team.

3. Subscriptions

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but you will retain access to your plan's features and generated content until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a render completely failed to capture the structural reality of a clean, valid floor plan input, please contact us. We evaluate edge cases internally and may grant complementary service credits at our sole discretion.
