Welcome to FloorVis, a service administered by ANIMA X TECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access our service.

1. Description of Service

FloorVis provides an AI-powered visualization service that converts 2D floor plan images into 3D renders using advanced generative artificial intelligence. We process your inputs and generate outputs based on the capabilities of third-party AI models.

2. Limitations of AI-Generated Content

Our renders are conceptual and represent an AI-driven artistic approximation of the floor plans you provide. They are not dimensionally exact and are not intended for structural, engineering, architectural, or construction purposes. FloorVis assumes no liability for any real-world decisions made based on our generated 3D visual outputs.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the images you upload. Do not upload floor plans that contain sensitive personal information (such as personal addresses, names of residents, or security schematics of restricted buildings). You must own the rights or have permission to use the floor plans you upload.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the original 2D floor plan images you upload. By uploading them, you grant FloorVis a license to use, store, and process those images solely to provide the service to you. You own the resultant 3D generated images and are free to use them for commercial or personal purposes.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

FloorVis uses a credit-based billing system. Trial credits may be granted to new accounts. One-time credit purchases and subscription credits are added to your account after successful payment processing. Subscription credits refresh on the billing cycle tied to your active Stripe subscription. Purchased top-up credits remain available until used unless we state otherwise in a separate offer.
